At Tamis Functional Pilates, Amanda designs individual programs using traditional Pilates equipment to achieve maximal functional movements.
In order for the body to function optimally, the CORE, the entire spine and pelvis must be aligned. Focusing on the core, Amanda uses the Pilates system to create a balanced and efficient body. When muscles are properly developed, movement can be performed with a lot less effort!
Amanda looks at each body and finds the most direct way to address it.
